Real Estate Divorce Help

Over the past 14 years I've had the pleasure of guiding many clients through the process of buying and selling residential real estate.  I understand that for many clients, the home is their most valuable and personal asset and should be handled with immense care.  

I started specializing in divorce real estate a few years ago after receiving some calls from past clients who wanted to sell their home due to the unfortunate circumstances of divorce.  Having experienced divorce first-hand and knowing the emotional and financial impact it can have on the whole family, I wanted to do everything I could to help.  In order to better serve my clients, I began a journey to learn as much as I could about the implications of divorce on real estate.  That was the driving force that led me to become a Real Estate Divorce Specialist (REDS) and a Real Estate Collaboration Specialist - Divorce (RCSD-D).

It's my goal to help clients make informed decisions about whether to sell or keep the marital home, avoid potential pitfalls that can impact their financial future, preserve credit and minimize stressful situations.  Serving with the highest integrity and protecting your interests is at the core of everything I do, as well as providing value and peace of mind.
